I would like to propose a new system of governance, where instead of uneducated, incapable, corrupt politicians running the government, professional people who are talented in formulating policies and executing them with perfection take leadership positions. This is not an autocratic form of governance, where some people lead without being questioned by others, not upholding the spirit of Democracy. Flaws in Traditional System of Governance It is general practice in India and mostly across the world, where people throng in groups to express their support for a Political Party. Or else, political parties gather people to establish their strength in a constituency. This method has been practiced in India for a long time.
