Government High-Performers School

Government High-Performers School is for students who are from rural areas and do not have access to the state-of-the-art facilities of a modern school. Students from nearby villages, with a high IQ can join these schools and take advantage of the high-quality laboratories and teaching from talented faculty.

Introduction

This is a topic related to Government Schools in India. It may well be applicable to developing countries across the globe. If you carefully study, there may be a pattern across countries. Normally students in the rural community show little interest in academics, the fact you may simply accept or pretend not to accept. But truth is truth. The rural community is not developed as much as Cities, because of the lower interest the community shows toward rapid development and technology adoption. You can say diplomatically that they prefer a simple way of life. But, not everyone there is less aspirational or motivated. We are proposing a model for them to prosper.

Need for Government High-Performers School

We are proposing a Government School in every district, which has students from all its villages and towns, who are High-Performers. The need for such a High-Performers school is that the Government simply doesn't have funds in countries like India to give high-quality education to all of its students. Students, who pursue higher education in colleges mostly, if not entirely have done schooling in private schools. So, what will happen to the people in rural areas and High-Performers who can't afford education because of their poor economic conditions? Government High-Performers School is the solution.

Admissions in Government High-Performers School

Admissions to Government High-Performers Schools should be done by conducting an Intelligent Quotient Test for Students from rural areas and also towns in that district. This school is only for economically backward students as rushing into these schools from well-to-do students may undermine the main purpose of such schools. Students in such schools should be first given coaching and then test their IQ on the topics taught in such camps. Because earlier knowledge will not be an appropriate indicator of their abilities. So, always Coach and test.

Volunteer Students

Always conduct coaching for students who volunteer for such schools. Some people in rural areas simply have no interest in academics. So, wasting money on them and diluting the quality of coaching and testing is a resource-wasting process. Limited resources should be properly utilized. So, coach and test only Volunteering Students.

Motivation and Peer Support

The greatest advantage of these schools is the motivation of the students as they see their classmates showing enthusiasm for studies and its effect on their career and future opportunities. Back in the rural schools, they may well be demotivated and distracted by students who come to school only as a hobby. Peer support in discussing academic subjects and the prospects of future careers and probable business opportunities at a young age is highly motivating for students, especially those from poor backgrounds.

Best Teachers

Instead of the Government spending so much money on capable Teachers, who in turn become very unproductive because of working in rural areas and aimless students, can be appointed in such high-performers schools. Best Teachers should be selected among Government Teachers and should be appointed in such schools, with allowances given in addition to their salaries, based on the results the students show on their performance. These schools should be brought under the direct supervision of the education department and properly monitored for progress. The introduction of activities like bringing in prominent personalities from diverse fields to showcase the opportunities that can be pursued as careers and motivational speeches from them kindles the fire of achieving more and becoming a responsible citizen of the country.

Latest Lab

Since there is only one school in every district, Science Labs equipped with the latest instruments can be established. Building Laboratories should be accompanied by usage by students and not just showcased as some stupid achievements in Government Advertisements with Arrows on Top. What shameless blatant foolish Ads. Laboratory Assistants should be professionals who should practically explain every bit of theory, students study in their classrooms.

Scholarship for Government Colleges

All the students from these Schools, who get admission to Top Rated Government Colleges should be given full scholarships with supporting expenses, to pursue higher education.

Good Hostel and Food

Since these Students are from different villages and towns in their districts, they have to stay in Hostel on weekdays. The government should provide them with proper Hostel facilities and hygienic food to help them concentrate on their studies and not be bothered by these unwanted things. Transportation should also be provided to all the students, on weekends so that they reach their homes safely and securely.

Conclusion

Scientists, Engineers, Doctors, and even Entrepreneurs can come from economically backward villages and towns if they are given the right education and access to the opportunities only city-dwellers normally possess. Capable students should be given proper education and opportunities and let them also succeed in the country. Inclusive India embracing its diaspora across the nation. Jai Hind. In God, We Trust.
