Website and App Membership
This is a Professionally run Software Platform (Political Forum) run by the money received from the members through its membership fee. A monthly fee of Rs.1000 in India. It also receives donations from the Business Community, who would like to contribute to nation-building. However, it differs from other countries' political systems, where industries lobby a political party for its own advantage. How so? The donation money will be distributed to all the Political Parties' Internet Forum coffers in a fair manner. It will go proportionately according to the number of premium members in its political forum. The Premium members are those members who hold membership in a political forum after paying a monthly fee of Rs.1000. These Premium Members are also the members who have scored more than 80% in 10th or 12th Grade Public Examinations and have finished graduation.
Administration
This Political Forum will be administered by its members. Every department will have Forum Administrators, Forum Leads, Forum Coordinators, and some more Sub-heads. Each level of people will have a specialized Sub-department under its control, with its member's activity viewed and discussion followed. The Forum Administrators of each department will be selected by the Party-State Chief, who will be a retired prominent personality, who has achieved professional excellence in his field like N.R. Narayana Murthy of Karnataka. These Forum Administrators will be paid a reasonable salary, which will be displayed in their profiles, along with all of their qualifications like School scores, College, and Industry, where they worked, just like a LinkedIn profile page. Similarly, All the Forum Chiefs below her will be appointed in hierarchical order, by the person above her. All of them will be paid and their details displayed. They will administer the Forum.
Members of a Political Forum
Members of a Political Forum will be validated and allowed by the Administrators. Everyone has to submit their Aadhar details, verified with the phone number attached to it. The Administrators will allow a member based either on more than 80% in 10th or 12th Grade, in which case, they will be premium members or based on their place of work, like Multi-National Companies. Based on your claim in an MNC, we will use AI to test your IQ Level.
General IQ Test Method and How we can use it
If you use a VR/AR for IQ testing with a picture element in it, Anybody can take a test anywhere in the world at any time. Since it scans the eye, no one can impersonate it. Picture elements can't be drawn to the nearby person, so someone sitting beside them can't help. Meta can sell these devices to Test Centers, who will conduct tests only with this device. Aadhar should be connected to this device to give the Eye scan details and establish their identity. This will completely arrest malpractices. IT companies can use these test centers, to filter the candidates based on their IQ. No need to visit low-ranked universities to find a few talents there. IQ will filter them all for you.
We can verify whether members worked in companies they declared, using agencies later. First, we need to verify their IQ level and put the score in their Forum Profile. All members have to pay a membership fee of Rs.1000 a month. A Premium Member can be a member only in one Political Forum.
Discussion
The discussion starts with a common topic. If you want to discuss "Eradicating corrupt practices while giving clearance to a quarry owner", Write the topic and start a discussion. People who want to start a discussion should search for earlier topics, regarding it. Artificial Intelligence will help you find the place of the topic. Forum Employees (Forum Administrators, Forum Leads, Forum Coordinators, and some more Subheads) will assist with the help of AI. If there is redundancy, Forum Employees will simply link the two topics and add them as one. All your suggestions will be Time Stamped so that Everyone knows whose idea is that since it will have an earlier Time Stamp. There are two ways, by which we can express our ideas in a Forum. Articles and Idea Snippets. Anyone can simply link a reference to any article or Idea Snippets, inside (under any topic) or outside, and add some more snippets of his idea. I would like to call this Idea Snippet. An Idea Snippet is like a Tweet with no upper limit to its length. Idea Snippets can be incremental, augmentative, or innovative.

Links to outer articles are allowed only for standard websites like LinkedIn, Blogger, Medium, Substack Twitter, or YouTube. Others are always text-based, with no hyperlink connection. You can copy that text and paste it into a browser to view the link. But, still, we will keep an eye on materials, which are spam with the help of our members. How to deal with Spammers will be discussed in further sections, written below.
Articles
Articles are Ideas, by which members contribute in a wholesome way, like telling everything about the problem. We can write an article on the present situation of the issue, why it is not resolved yet, what are all the malpractices happening, and what are the issues to be addressed to solve the problem. Finally your solution. But, you can also contribute by simply explaining the present situation, why it is difficult to resolve it, and what are the loopholes in it and finish the article without writing a solution. This is also a contribution because innovative people can find a solution by reading your article. Earlier they did not know about the situation at all.
Idea Snippets
Idea Snippets can be a simple message adding some more information to the article or earlier Idea Snippets. It can be a partial solution to the problem. It can be an innovative solution, expressed in a few words. Just link your Idea Snippets with the earlier part of the discussion, article, or Idea Snippet. You can simply write a new Idea Snippet on a topic, you want to discuss too.
Likes and Points
Likes as we call it now can be of three types. Approve Button- Approving the problem, Facing Button - Facing a similar situation. Like - Applaud the Article or Idea Snippet. If a person gets more Likes, She gets more points, allowing her to write more. Otherwise, she will be restricted to writing no more than a specific number of Articles and Idea Snippets, and put limited Likes, Approves, or Facings per day, to avoid Spam Activities. Points are not just for Writing in the Forum, they give them credibility in the Forum, especially if they are a Premium Member. This credibility extends beyond a Political Forum. It can even help them get a job at a Multi-National Company, by displaying their Points on their LinkedIn page.
Acknowledgments
Acknowledgments will be from the Forum's Permanent Employees called Expert Employees, who read her Articles and Idea Snippets and acknowledge them. They are experts in their fields and are appointed only to verify the ideas of the members and their applicability. Acknowledgments will get Special points called Acknowledgment points, which are more valuable than Likes since it is approved by a professional in that field. Likes get attention, but only Acknowledgement points get approval. More Acknowledgement points can help her become a Forum Employee and go up the Rank. Initially, all the Forum Members, including the Forum Employees (Excluding the Forum's Expert Employees) will start with Zero points, both in the Acknowledged and Normal Categories. Once they write articles, get approved, and score points, they go up the Ranks, become Forum Employees, and become Party Candidates for Election.
Spam Activities
Every member is allowed only a certain number of Articles, Approves, Facings, Likes, and Idea Snippets per day. This allowed maximum limit increases as they accrue more points. Spam Activities cannot be done by a novice user. Because, if a Spammer puts unparliamentary words or vulgar pictures (even after verifying by AI, that it is safe) in a discussion, she will immediately lose her membership. The problem for her is that she will lose the membership fee of Rs.1000 as well. If it happens by mistake, she will have to pay a fee of Rs.5000 to get membership again. Visualize a scenario, where an illicit businesswoman with Rs.1000 crores wants to disrupt this whole system so that she keeps on doing her business the old way. The disadvantage for her is that she has to pay Rs.1000 for every membership. Even if she manages to get 1000 people's Aadhar Card, who are smart enough to get membership. How is that possible? Maybe by paying Rs.10,000 per Aadhar Card. Her charges would be Rs. 11,000 per person. Our membership fee will be Rs.1000 per person. If she asks them to spam, defying AI (highly impossible), our Forum Members will find it and report spam. Forum Employees will check it and disqualify that member. If she puts 1000 such Spam Messages, We get Rs.10 lakhs, and she spends Rs. 1.1 Crore. For statistics, If Indian Political Forums across political parties have 5 crore members, spamming them with 5 lakh messages, defying AI, which is impossible costs him Rs. 5,500 crores. 1% spam costs her Rs. 5,000 crores. The next day if she spams again, 1% will cost her Rs.25,000 crores. If anyone tries with such a large spam, we can employ Forum Member Volunteers, who are premium members, who verify spam reported by its members and give them a 20% commission on verifying the membership that needs to be canceled. One verification will get them Rs. 200 and us Rs.800. So, on the first day, we earn Rs. 400 crores. From the next day onwards, Rs. 2,000 Crores, an immense amount, we can enjoy from spammers.
The use of Artificial Intelligence
Anyone can use AI to find a solution to a problem. Because she knows how to find what is the right solution to the problem, with the help of AI. Even finding the appropriate solution from a group of choices is a skill, to be applauded. Also, we can't ignore the immense possible solutions AI can give us. No re-inventing the wheel. AI is already invented. Use the tool, as much as possible to find the solutions. Everyone doesn't have the time or knowledge to extract useful solutions from AI. We need AI. It doesn't matter if a person uses AI to get ideas and become a minister. Even after becoming minister, she can use AI to find solutions. All that matters is she finds a solution. At least she knows what the useful solutions are. She can lead people who give solutions with or without AI. To be frank, from my experience so far, AI is not giving innovative solutions. It simply repeats data from a huge chunk of trained data. But that data can help largely. So, I recommend everyone to use Artificial intelligence tools.
Television
We should associate a Television channel, with every state's Political Forum. They should sit with the Forum Experts and discuss the solutions proposed in the forum. They should clearly explain the solutions to the public in a way that people without exposure to a particular field can also understand it clearly. State Television channels should use the local language to make people understand more easily. It doesn't mean you confuse them more with newly invented words in the local language for terms that are invented by the English-speaking world and used widely. This propaganda should be used as a way to lure voters to their party. It should also bring educated ones to their Political Forum and constructively share their ideas. Television should always acknowledge people in their programs, whenever they discuss their ideas. Show their photographs. We can even contact the person and put their video explanation on Television Channels if they are willing to do so.
